Yeah.

So the tyranny of a marginal user, also another great blog post by this guy, Ivan Vendrov.

And basically the theory of that behind that is a lot of times nowadays we start to develop these products to appease the marginal user or the user who comes in and has a quick attention span is only making, you know, maybe one or two actions.

And we want to acquire that user and we want the engagement numbers to be up for that bucket or that cohort of users.

And it's ultimately a tyranny because when that user graduates and needs depth,

within their product, there's no real on ramp for them to do so.

And so rather than being data driven and focusing on these marginal users at the top of funnel, I think it's really important to go a little bit further and

focus on these thought leaders or power users and build product experiences that cater towards them.

And with AI now, it's like everything can be...

hyper personalized so quickly and that the platforms that are going to win in the near future are the ones that are modular and they can be hyper personalized to a user at whatever level they're at and so

Rather than just focusing on a simple UI dashboard for the marginal user, if you can focus on, okay, when this user graduates to the next step, what are they going to need?

If you can focus on those things, that really helps advance the product and retain users.

Like, hey, you give me the computer and... Nowadays, you might be a vibe coder, which everybody's a vibe coder.

Yeah, I agree.

You need to meet users where they're at and meet them where they're at, but also give them a ramp for who they can become and where they can graduate to within your ecosystem.

And so I think it's incredibly easy now, especially with MCPs, and you can basically connect into just about anything that you want.

Every platform, every company is now extensible, and they can be accessed through an MCP.

And I can log into ChatGPT, I can connect the Plaid MCP, and I can now all of a sudden look at all my own finances.

That was never a thing.
