And boys I got a bit of a play on a carry on when it comes to the cooking front.

But mainly I'm just following a fucking recipe.

And sometimes that recipe I got to use an oven and it'll say I'll preheat the oven to fucking 220 and then you know put the food in for 35 minutes you know whatever it says.

But boys always fucking forget to preheat the fucking oven.

So what I do is instead of like 220, I'll put it in for 230.
