I think it's easier it's it's easier to say the guy who has had experience in the bullpen that he can transition a lot
a lot better.
That it but if that's not the case, it's it's not easy no matter if you've done it or or not done it because you're you're completely changing your routine.
You know, you're completely changing the days you work out.
Um, you know, your throw your throw days have to change.
Um the the best way for me to describe it would be
a marathon runner that's training them to do a marathon then all of a sudden has to join like a four by one hundred team and has to sprint, you know, it's still running, still pitching, but you have to ch change the way you train a little bit.

It's it's not easy no matter how you do it.
So if guys haven't done it, it's still there's still like strategic ways to put them in games to maximize what they can do.
Um obviously guys that we put in the bullpen that are transitioning from the starter, you don't wanna use them back to back so you don't wanna um expose them to the the the daily throwing, but when they are available in pitching, they're gonna have
a fairly normal pitch count.
Yeah, it it definitely is kind of like an an unsaid thing that I feel like happens this time of year um is guys start looking around the room and it's not not just the starters, it's the relievers too.
