Um, and you see how the postseason is run nowadays, it's it's a lot of, you know, one time through the order guys, three inning

stretches and and um you know you can you can mix uh mix and match different looks that way.

No, my m my main consideration for six man rotation is whenever we have long stretches of uh

of no off days.

Kind of like what we're what we've done this week.

You know, basically this week, Assad's making a start, Colin Ray's made a start, David Peterson's made a start, and Gaussian and and Holmes are going to make a start.

You know, we we're using a lot of

of starters this during this stretch where we played seventeen in a row.

I think that's the time where it's the most valuable to give guys that extra to day of that extra day of rest.

But that also

we're going into today, I can say this, that also puts a lot of strain on your bullpen.

Um we're gonna go into today's game with some guys that are probab that probably need a day off, you know, because they have thrown so much and their workload has been so high.

So that's the danger when you have when you go to anything over a five man rotation, you're you're giving yourself one guy less than a bullpen.

So um

I I think I think for us right now, ideally the plan will be to to go a five man rotation and then find the right spots to add that six man back in.

Yeah, I think w what's worked best for us is just putting guys in the best in the best pockets in the lineup and the best chance to be successful.

And and I think deviating from that, even even when you get Danny back, I think, you know, um

Could just she could just make things a little bit funky.

Now, I think with Danny, too, it's important as he's coming back that, you know, we also give him some good places to to um some softer landing spots to be successful.
