You know, I hear this all the time.
You know, we coach a lot of companies.
We coach about 500 at the Home Service Freedom.
And every single person I meet, and I meet them all the time, they're like, I need more leads, right?
And then I say, what's your booking rate?
What's your conversion rate?
What type of leads are your money leads?
Who's your avatar?
And there's so much leakage in the company and they're not doing anything with their past customers.
They're not checking in on them.
By the way, 15% of any client you have in your database is probably moving or moved to a new home at any given moment.
So, I mean, what do you say to somebody that says, if I just had more leads?
Yeah.
We've got a little bit of a cancellation problem because if I'm more than a day out and you're stuck in your garage, you could only cancel a certain amount of time.
Like I could reschedule the ones that aren't super needy, like I need this done today.
But we're like, it's busted.
I need you out here.
And so we're doing, right now we're working on a shift that starts at 6 a.m.
And then we got a shift starting at 2 that works to 10 p.m.
Just to be available when the clients need us.
