And I think James and I have an ongoing 12-hour meeting a day.
And then we have intermittent meetings with Liam about 10 times a day.
And so it's an ongoing conversation, because you're always evaluating everything.

How does the support staff interact with them?
Obviously, the most important, what they do between the lines.
But how do they learn?
Are they picking up stuff?
I mean, there's a number of things that you're looking at constantly.
So it's not a single data point or a single meeting saying, hey, what do you guys think?
I mean, it's been ongoing since the beginning.
And the nuances of those are guys get hurt.
And so the plans today could be different.
after tomorrow night or the next morning or, you know, so many things that go into that.
And the three of us sit down and then ultimately, you know, it's James' responsibility at the end of the day to sit down and say, okay, based on all the data and all the input from Liam and all the input from myself, our assistant coaches, our coordinators, everything the building is given about our analytics team, our scouts,
and then ultimately James has to sit down and say, okay, with all this information and where we are, what's the best 53 for us as the Jacksonville Jaguars?
That's exactly right.
Everyone has a role in this building, and we have to execute, and everyone supports everyone in that role so they can have the right information to make the decisions and do their job the best they can.
