I don't think it's going to be a case of you'll have mansions popping up everywhere.
Let's see.
People will buy and build what they can afford.
But I think what we're doing is we're opening this up to an awful lot of younger families.
No, what it's doing here, David, is allowing people to build houses in a respectable manner, protecting the character and sustainability of the countryside in an area that they are from or they were brought up.
And I think that's a very, very fair way of looking at it.
Yeah, listen, to be honest with you, David, I suppose looking at the whole VAT9 situation is something that came up on the doors for me in my election campaign and also it then became part of the programme for government.
So it's something that thankfully was brought in.
Not everything in the programme for government has been brought in.
It's all about viability.
I suppose if you take it that 99% of these businesses are small and medium-sized enterprises with over 50% of them actually being micro-industries or micro-businesses where you have 10 employees or less.
I myself had a restaurant back when I was 21 years of age and I know the issues that you have.
You're normally a one man owner or one person, one woman owner.
So you're purchasing food from all your suppliers, you're organising staff and rotas, you're paying the bills and dealing with a taxman, you're dealing with customers, you're running a business from top to bottom.
You're doing the book work, you're doing the accounts.
A lot of small businesses are the same, not just the catering industry.
Absolutely, but back in the day when you were looking at it, it was 30, 30, 30 and 10.
So 30% was labour costs, 30% was food costs and 30% then was the rest of the bills.
10% was your buffer if you got a bit of profit out or what other incidentals came up.
Now that's completely changed.
