So there's all kinds of different things that might go into that.
So that's a whole other conversation.
But I would say too, like in terms of most people know that it's important to get paid quickly.

I think what most people don't think about is like whose responsibility is it to make sure that we get paid?
Exactly.
And then we start to say, okay, because I think often when we bring all the stakeholders in the room, the owner might assume that it's the in-house bookkeeper's responsibility to make sure we get paid on time.
Whereas she might be totally assuming that the owner is going to be making those calls or the project manager.
Until we have asked that question, whose responsibility is it to make sure that we're getting paid on time?
And if it's not clear that it's someone's responsibility within the organization to do that task of picking up the phone and making sure we're getting paid, then that's where often on the AR side, we see the can just keep continuously getting kicked down the road because no one's taking responsibility for making sure that the money is coming in on time.

And also give them the tools, right?

Yeah.
Well, and that's where, so this is why like the way that we think about it is going through the whole scenario of like, what is important?
So like getting the receipts back into the office is important.
