Do I have that right?
Correct.
So we talk about
Yeah, so let's talk about strength training because for me, in my own lived experience, I started working with a trainer a couple years ago and was only starting to lift heavy at the latter half of my 20s into my 30s because I think that
The narrative around strength training, it's changing thanks to people like you.
But I think that we have always been told as women that skinny is the goal, right?
Taking up the least amount of space possible, making sure that, yeah, you're lean and toned, but frankly, just skinny, right?

fueled version of yourself, you are more controllable.
And I have to think that's not an accident.
And especially when all of the research has been done on the male body, it is confirming that these spaces were not built for us, just the same way I view money.
Money has not been built for us on purpose.
And so I think that all of these things that feel intimidating or overwhelming or all of the narratives we've been told about lifting heavy, about strength training, about the reason we should be working out,
