For what I've had to unlearn, I almost feel like it's kind of the other side of that where I think I grew up feeling like my opinion didn't matter.

And I think I've had to unlearn that and realize you do have something to say.

You can offer something to the conversation.

Because I think a lot of times I would be

in a conversation and just, you know, kind of sit back and be a little intimidated.

Like, okay, what I have to say is not as good as what they're saying.

So let me just sit back.

And I did learn to become a good listener in that way, which I think is very important.

But yeah, I think there's this balance of like being a good listener, but also
