And also, I was really worried when I first launched the foundation, started the foundation in 2009.
I never wanted it to be perceived as marketing in any way.
So I didn't really talk about it.
And I wanted the work to start speaking for itself.
We started with mentor events where I would have 10 incredible people in business and I'd invite 100 women entrepreneurs.
And it was like speed dating for the night.
And it was really valuable, just some of the gems or lessons they learned.

I think one thing my mom always said is don't read it.
And so I really don't read a lot of it because it was very hurtful.
It was a vanity project.
It was the foundation.
