When I sang, all of a sudden there was a light that came out of me that I didn't understand what it was until now I'm much further down in my years, that there are frequencies that live inside of us.
And a lot of the things that I've started reading and studying is that every cell, every organ in our body has a frequency, it vibrates.
And depending on what music is in front of you, that frequency might come in through you and actually start to connect to that vibration that it feels and then send it back out.
An example of that, you can go onto YouTube.
And one of my favorite ones is when they do the experiment of tuning forks and they'll take two tuning forks that are the same frequency.
You know, I'll ring this one and all of a sudden this one over here without touching it will start to sing back to this one.
Yeah.
Well, go darn it.
When I'm doing my sound journeys and the quartz crystal balls are magical and people go, oh, those have been around for thousands of years.
No, they're not.
They've been around since the 70s or 80s.
I think they used them to make the little crystal chips for watches.
The quartz crystals is how they came to be.
And somebody accidentally dangled, donged one and went, oh, that's pretty.
That could be an instrument.
But it's a pure tone.
So when I'm playing an A on that.
you'll notice that sometimes I'll play that sucker and it will just keep going and going and going.
And the philosophy is when the energy in other people is vibrating at that same frequency freely, that bowl is going to ring much longer.
And so when I feel that, you know, I play a B or something and it's a little dampened, that means there might be some stuck energy in someone or something in that room.
