So do you have any ideas on how we can reconcile the matrix so that, you know,

safety improvements that aren't necessarily near a school can still make it up to the top.

And I respect that it takes a lot of time to redo the matrix, so I don't know what your ideas might be on this.

Well, I guess my question, and I think Commissioner Lindskog's as well, was how do we factor in collision history and like Vision Zero data?

So would you recommend revising the matrix or creating some sort of parameter that lives outside the matrix?
