Yeah, so I can't speak to it exactly, but it was pretty close to eight figures.

You're very warm, in the ballpark, very close.

Yeah.

When the amount hit the account, I immediately started calling anyone I knew, asking for connections to good planners.

And I hosted four interviews.

And it was difficult to get a really clear picture of how maybe aggressive or how modern they might be with the investing.

The thing that turned me off the most on a couple of them was it was a little bit of the reverse psychology sale where it's let's talk about our fund.

Let's talk about our – how great we are.

But there was a little bit of almost like an old way of selling of I'm not going to pitch you and by that way, I am valuable and I am –

And I just, you know, for me, it's I have to see a little bit of information as far as some strategic thought right out of the first call.

If I'm going to have any inkling that these people are going to have anything in common with what I'm wanting to do.

So it was just the sales pitch.

It was the sales process.

I feel like if I pitched in the way that they did in my business, I wouldn't be able to win business.

So I ended up going into undervalued real estate, some cryptocurrency.

I went with a more traditional kind of hedge fund route that had a very unique payout.

And I'll walk through those.

I went through an exercise.

I really like real estate, obviously, because it's tangible.
