It's done extremely well for me the last four or five years being in Boise, which is the fastest growing market in the country.

And so obviously, I can't go buy a duplex in Boise.

I can't go buy a home in Boise right now.

It's just too expensive.

So I started looking at undervalued ways to be more creative.

And Airbnbs was what came up.

And I've had some great experiences with Airbnb in the past.

So I bought a 240-acre salt flat or dry lake bed in southern Utah.

And we're putting these futuristic huts

that will be on this property that will have these jet speeders parked up front.

So there's a hundred acres of that property is this lake bed and people will be able to drive around.

And so with that, we'll have 200 square foot units that will command for $450 a night, which is the same price that maybe normally a seven or $800,000 property would command.

And then we also bought a riverfront property in McCall, Idaho, and we're doing some European cottage

type, fairytale type themed things.

And so that's one way for us to take advantage of this overvalued market.

I did park seven figures in a hedge fund and I went half on a resort real estate project.

Obviously, there's great upside when construction is involved.

And then the other half, I just put into their blended fund.

And then I've got various holdings in cryptocurrency as well.

I invested into a crypto hedge fund called DeFiQ, which has some really huge name investors that are a part of it.
