And so I just taught myself really through physics.
Like I started studying ditching mechanics in a scientific way after I took a high school physics class when I was in ninth grade.
I loved it.
It's my favorite class ever.
And I started trying to apply that to baseball.
And I just started breaking things down.
Like first print schools is like an engineer would.
okay, I want to throw an artery wall.
How do I do that?
Well, I have to have some sort of increased energy moving in the direction of the ball, and then I have to be able to transfer that.
Well, okay, how do you transfer it?
Well, you have to completely stop one segment of the body before you accelerate the next segment of the body, so you get full momentum transfer.
Well, how do you more effectively stop it?
What is the energy transfer?
What was the tendon?
So how do you strengthen them?
Like,
Do you want a thicker tendon or a thinner tendon?
Wow.
First principle of my way all the way through it is like, okay, so I need strong tendons.
