Now imagine that person living in your head twenty four hours a day.
So we have three voices we can choose to train in our in our brains.
The first voice is the critic.
The critic points out flaws, it predicts your failures, it magnifies mistakes, it reminds you of how hard things are and how how many, how many, how few people make it and just all the obstacles ahead.
That's the critic.

The coach is honest.
They're calm, they're constructive, they're focused on solutions, they're saying things like, Well, okay, what can we learn?
How can I grow?
What is the there for me to do here?
What is my lesson that I can take?

Now you do need all three in our li in your life at some capacity.
And so my my perfume, Eli Croix, that is an example of me using the champion voice in a small way to remind myself that I can do anything I believe I can.
And the critical voice is necessary.
I use my critic voice when I'm looking through even just the podcast downloads or my analytics on social media to say what's performing, what's not.
