So are we really beating China when they have models that are right behind ours and basically undercutting ours?
So as you said, if we slow down or sort of limit our frontier models, that might limit some of China's progress.
And, you know, I know this feels uncomfortable for people.
There's a lot of sort of aspects of this race to manage.
But, you know, what we're doing now is just not artificial intelligence.
It's artificial insanity.

As you said, it's a national security issue.
And just to remind your listeners, the new AI model from Anthropic, the Fable model, they tested it against the US classified systems.
And it was able to hack into it, I think, in a matter of hours, basically, hack into classified systems.
All you have to do is tie these risks together.
We're about to spend, as you know, I think $1.7 trillion upgrading our nuclear arsenal over a decade.
And this time around, we're obviously going to network them.
The previous ones were from the 60s or 70s.
And if you network nuclear weapons, and even if they're in some kind of secure classified system, these new AI models are a super intelligent cyber hacker.
They were able to find zero day vulnerabilities or back doors in code that had been written 27 years ago that no one had ever found a security vulnerability like in this in this Unix operating system.
And this thing was able to find just one vulnerability.
And all it takes is one.
You want to be right once as a cyber attacker.
You have to be right every time as a cyber defender.
