Overhead and all that, that stuff's all simple.
Like for me, it's simple.
It's not that hard.
You can sit down and figure out what your overhead is in short time.
You can figure out what your revenue potentially can be.
You can figure out what your profit should be based on that.
That to me is so easy.
to do.
The harder part is make sure that what you're budgeting and what you're putting in place are the same thing.
What you're budgeting for a project and then what you're actually putting into that project as far as resources go.
Totally.
Making sure that they're the same.
And for me, that's where I lost all of my money.
My numbers were all right.
What I could get for that job was great, right?
I can't charge much more than I am for those jobs, but I can put less time into them.
So that's how I ended up making money.
