And then instead of having my hourly rate be based on a 40 hour work week, I base it on a 32 hour work week.

So if I only worked Monday through Thursday,

And then I took Friday to do all of my paperwork stuff.

I'm actually capturing the rate and getting paid for those extra eight hours.

So like my, my rates inflated, it's divided by 1600 rather than 2000.

is that they just don't understand the cost of doing business and they think that more is better, right?

For me, my model doesn't work if I put two times that into place because there's only one of me and I need to assume a lot of costs and I can't operate as lean as I am and I have to continue to put more work in place.

And the amount of jobs that I can sell at the price point that I sell

would be difficult in my market to be able to substantiate that amount of work with a team.

So I have to understand how I make money and what makes me money.

And if I can shoot for those margins at the end of the day, it doesn't make sense for me to put more work in place.

It would cost me money.

It would cost me time.

It would cost me lifestyle.

which I'm just, at this point, I'm not willing to do.

So it doesn't make sense.

And if I can do this in my market,

I think a lot of people can do it.

And it's not everywhere.
