Um but we now moved into a conversation which is more ingredient storylad.
Like if I mean look at TikTok apps or all these free
from uh labels you get and this this drives uh the the awareness and especially like free from labels.
I mean this has trained uh clients to think that the aware the the absence of a ingredient makes a product better than the other.
But the truth is the context matters because how it's formulated, why it's in there and um how you use it.
For me it's quite easy.
Um they they should think about the the source they get the information from first.
Like is it a source I can trust?
Is it a professional educator, is it a safety assessor or uh any other uh official uh site or uh safety regulatory or whatever.
So this is the first thing uh they should do because that that matters.

And then if you know that the the source you can trust, then you can can pay attention to.
Or is it just someone you know
have heard something somewhere and repeats that without knowing even what he says.
So it's like we want to is invest money, you would not ask your your dentist.

I mean keep it simple is uh we sometimes oversimplicate uh this this uh topics.
Um but uh but yes, you you should think more about what the ingredients do, why they're in, um why um what is the job they do and not just um judge it by a headline.
Oh, that makes a a big difference.
