You were going to wait for these things or look for these things.
So that's always how I try to get things as simple and as commonplace.

That's true.
Well, take care of yourself is first and foremost.
Be aware that you have a presence in the group which can open up lots of things to people and that you can be totally encouraging.
And you have to try to do that out of your own presence.
So the presence of the facilitator is incredibly important.
Even if they say hardly anything, it's just there or it's not there.
Well, I think probably through mindfulness, we have a term that most people would understand, that you're going to use meditation or prayer in your own life, morning and night, sometimes.
reflective time and if you think of the cattle it would be then called rumination but yes mindfulness just being aware of the sense of things and the look of things that would be helpful and how do you go about preparing to lead a session I would choose my text carefully I'm
might probably learn it by heart, because when I'm reciting it to the group, then it's almost like one-to-one.
It's not my own poem, but it's someone else's.
And that is a helpful thing to remember.
Reciting is good.
It can seem old-fashioned, but if you... I mean, you've still got the text there if you get stuck.
But it does put it out there.
Just try to hear when you're reciting a poem that's got something of the duende in the sound of the voice.
Your voice is giving the poetry.
