I think it's something on a structural corporate healthcare level that kind of instills that can't get erased.

So like everything is like a huge sacrifice and output before you get that reward.

And so sure, still today when you want a business, there's a lot of sacrifice and a lot of outward work that you have to put out.
But it's uh again a mindset shift.
And I think that has to do with like generational just practices, corporate health care on that level too.
And you just have to decide like, is this it?
Like, and I think it goes back to what you talk about.
Ask yourself what you'd invested in, ask yourself how you want to see your life with or without children, how do you want your

Do you want to be able to have the freedom and the flexibility to do these things?
And I just always think to myself, I'm a master's level clinician.
uh should be compensated appropriately.
And the seals that we are in.
It's not a random degree that maybe can only be utilized in like one location.
