Hey Vanessa, how's it going? Oh fantastic. I am so excited to do the show with you tonight. For those of you who don't know Vanessa, I'm gonna let you introduce yourself, but I'm so excited because I've gotten to know you in both the start and grow programs, and we got to hang out in real life at Ashwith Year in Boston.
I know, so fun, so fun. Well, hi everyone. My name is Vanessa. I am a bilingual speech language pathologist. I have a private practice in Tampa, Florida called Theravolve Mullness Co. I'm just a first generation college graduate up here doing the darn thing. I love that so much.
Now, some people who are on tonight may have heard you on the podcast. Other people may not have. But can you share a little bit about your journey to private practice? Because it was a little bit of an atypical journey.
I mean, I guess I was a very non-traditional student from the start and I wasn't your uh typical, I mean I loved school but more for the socializing piece of it and not so much for the straight A piece of it. But Yeah, I mean I pretty much have been working since I was 16 years old. I'm sure many of you guys have. And high school was just kind of something that I just I wanted to like graduate early or get out. And honestly, at some point I've also contemplated dropping out of high school just because it just wasn't really the vibe for me.
