holding out for so long and just making minimum wage and going through school and everything.
So I went into long term care and I made decent money.
Initially I felt like I was just okay, working weekends.
That's nothing new to me.
I've done that already.
And so I love my adults.
That's always been one of my greediest passions.
And so yeah, when I opened up my practice, it was very firm on a neuro adult focused private practice.
And trust me, like I live in an area
Kara Wood, where we have a lot of elders, but we also have a ton of families and we also have a lot of Spanish speaking families.
And so very quickly I learned that I was getting an influx of calls and I was directing them to my friends who offer under practices, even people who were near me.
And I was like, no, I'm gonna be very particular about what I want.
And
I was talking to an old coach of mine at the time and I was like
I don't know what people are gonna think.
Like I I kinda wanna say yes now.
And I I don't know what it's gonna think.
I've put it out into the universe that I'm so adult focused and this, that and the other.
Like, what are people gonna think?
They don't know the back history of the experience that it had just even at USF in the grad program.
