There's no better situation.

This is a developing outfit at the moment.

And what I love about Jason Riles, I've said personally, I think he's a 10, 15-year coach.

It's a bold opinion, but he's someone that has come from, has had apprenticeships at all the best clubs, all the best cultures, all the best set-ups.

So he knows that there is no better way to build the roots of a club is through your junior development and junior talent.

You see the likes of Ionghi.

I know they're not particularly Parramatta juniors, but we're bringing in junior talent and we're sort of nursing our own junior talent as well and sort of bringing them through.

And the only way to, I guess, to spring those roots is ensuring that they're getting that game time, that exposure to first grade.

So I think over time, yes.

Yeah, well, the difference is, right,

With Jonah Perza, right, Jonah Perza is an up-and-coming superstar.

And I think with Jerome Luai, we're getting a proven winner.

So it's someone that you know is coming in and can guide like the likes of Lincoln Fletcher, Lorenzo Teleton, those young halves coming through, right?

So with Luai, it'll enable us to prepare that younger talent and not have to sort of worry about –

throwing them into the deep end.

And look, I'm awful throwing sometimes talent into the deep end, but I think we're staying patient and we're sticking to the process of ensuring that we're bringing them in at the right time.

And sometimes you're never going to know what the exact right time is, but at least we're giving these juniors the best possible chance and opportunity to succeed once they're ready.

I think it'll be part of his responsibility, 100%.

And that'll be his responsibility along with Moses, along with the likes of Junior Paulo, all these guys that have sort of been there, done that in the big games and guiding.
