So there's promising talent there.
It's just that they need that exposure and that time and that guidance.
And I think Jason Riles is that guy.
Like I said, he's been in those cultures, in those environments where he knows what needs to be done.
And that's why I think
bringing on an elite talent like Jerome Luai, who also as well won't have, I think, the pressure like he's had at the Tigers, where he had to play the Batman role.
And at the Eels, we've got our Batman.
Our Batman is Mitchell Moses.
Jerome Luai has proven to be a Robin.
And there's nothing wrong with being an elite Robin.
You've seen what he's done with Nathan Cleary, four-time premiership winner.
So let's take the pressure right off Jerome Luai and enable him to play his game and provide that level of guidance and also contribute to the culture that we're building at Parramatta.
And I'm confident that we'll look okay in 2027 and bridge that gap and help those youngsters coming through.
