So it is much broader than technology, but technology, that understanding, that skill, that capability, I think is so critical in it.

Yeah, well, it actually started even before that.

So, you know, as you do, you re-look at your strategy and you think about who are we, what do we do, what have we got to be great at?

It's very clear we're at Telco.

We're a leader in connectivity.

But as we look forward and say we want to continue to lead in connectivity,

demand is growing, expectations are growing.

For us to continue to be a leader in connectivity, we've got to be a leader in how we're embedding and using AI across our business in the way we engage with customers, empower our teams, even the way we run and operate our network.

Yes, it's creative.

Very creative.

And it is, it's every role at Telstra, as you said, from the board all the way through the organisation.

And so we took the approach that we could see top-down areas where it could be really useful, but we also knew giving it widely to our teams and giving them access to training was going to be critical because there's bottom-up and top-down.

One of the examples was we could see in helping our teams be able to serve customers more

more easily.

That was an easy one early on for us to go after.

There were some twists and turns along the way.

Nothing is as easy as it appears up front, but we are absolutely right across the organisation.

We can see today on a weekly basis, more than three quarters of our people are using AI tools at least once in the week.

We've seen benefit in our software efficiency.

So as we're developing new products and services, we've seen our release cycles to market have improved 15 to 20%.
