Now, AI is part of that alongside other technology investment, skills investment, but AI is absolutely helping us deliver better outcomes.

I think you need both, actually.

Not that I don't read the whole document, but it just helps me.

We're coming up to our annual performance review time where I do a review

of each member of my team.

And I actually use AI helping me to synthesise all of the inputs I get.

I then write a letter to each of my team.

I'm using AI to help me do that.

Yeah, and I think that grows over time.

We use Copilot internally.
