I look even just how much better it keeps getting.

Like I look back a year ago when I started using it and there were times, you know, as happens, you look and you go, oh, I need to check that.

And of course, as it gives you information, some of it you know will be right, some of it you want to check some of the source information.

But I've got to say,

It keeps learning.

It keeps getting better as well.

Yeah, it's a great question.

And I mean, one of the learnings I've had is it was early on.

I talked about our customer facing teams, 8,000 team.

We said, rightio, really simple one.

They've got more than 2,000 knowledge articles they need to navigate.

Let's do a generative AI assistant.

They just ask the questions.

Ask Telstra is what we called it, another creative name.

So we developed this.

It went into testing and we had 60 people piloting it and they said, oh, it's giving us the wrong answers.

And so you automatically think, gee, the AI must be wrong.

It turned out the issue was the foundational information.

Some of the manuals and knowledge articles weren't up to date.

So we had to go slower then to roll it out quickly at scale.
