C. Weaver, the czar, his housing czar, she is the absolute worst.

I mean, she came right out and said, home ownership is white supremacy and they're going to target white neighborhoods.

So you ask me what the biggest problem is?

Let's put housing because people are going to move.

And what happens if people move?

The deeper he digs his feet in to freezing rents, the higher the rents are going to go.

Tell your guy's son that nothing here is for free.

In New York City, three college kids or three young people going off to work for the first time, you came here with ambition.

You wanted to do something.

They shared an apartment and they split the rent.

New York has always been the place where you reached your dream, you know, and your goals.

These kids who come here, I'm not saying your producer, whoever his son, feels that way.

Yes, the rents are very high, but there's ways to do it.

And certainly it's not new, but this guy here, he is going to kill this city.

And young people, as soon as they get the hang of this, what's going on, they're going to flee as fast as my middle class people are fleeing.

You know, when you start to lose hundreds of thousands of people at a blink, you know, this is serious stuff.

So I'm actually to the point where I'm begging people to stay.
