So maybe for them it's a joke, but if you try and joke about that with me, it's not possible.
I think they can take positives.
Obviously, they got to the game around 1-1.
They had some chances around 18 minutes, so it could have swung in their way.
But the positives that they should take is, like you said, I think they're getting back to playing the Everton way.
You know, all the fans want to play, you know, like Man City and stuff, but not everyone can play like Man City.
You know, Everton over the years since David Moyes, which I don't think they've improved since he's left, they've lost a bit of their identity.
you know, I was talking to Tim Howard and some of the players and we don't really know how Everton play, but today they showed, you know, that fight, you know, working, chasing people down, you know, winning challenges and stuff and, you know, and then they can show that quality as well.
It's not all about just kicking the ball forward and stuff, but I feel like that is what gets the Everton, you know, fans off the seat.
That's what gets them behind the team and,
It's really like that for a long time because they've been transitioning through so many different managers that want to play football and all of these things and they've lost their identity.
But today I think they showed it, you know, a little bit more.
