I think the leadership knows that of the province and of the city.

And I think the corporate community is starting to wake up to that.

And I've had enough meetings in the last couple of months trying to squeeze that in between the World Cup because it means so much to me and it means so much to a lot of people that I care about.

And I think I'm very positive that we'll get this done.

Well, you know, it's a process.

Obviously, there's a lot of details that are under NDA, so I can't get into that.

But it's a process, right?

And there's a lot of options, right?

And it's not about just some guy coming in on a cape and saving the day.

There's a lot of local people now that are stepping up.

I think there's a lot of options now that were never there even 90 days ago in terms of how can we slice up this pie?

How can we look at this in a way that's positive, both from an infrastructure standpoint, to your point?

because the city has stepped up in terms of okay we have options not just one option but options and also the province has stepped up understanding the current situation of bc place which is untenable right in terms of their economics but also now more interest because

You know, there's been a few statements issued by the stakeholders of our city and our province that has given some confidence to people that are looking under the hood to say, OK, because at the end of the day, listen, if we're going to put our money into something, if it's just us putting our money in something, we kind of know what we're putting our money into, that those people are serious.
