You know, they say with age comes knowledge, and with knowledge hopefully comes wisdom.
I say the hopefully part.
I think it's important for you all to, in this presentation, tell the story of how we got here.
And so I just want to say, you know, and I'll just be blunt, America did a horrible job in dealing with our folks with disabilities or mental illnesses.
And, you know, if we recall, a 68 baby.
So, you know, when we started that trend and we had this thing called asylums and, you know, we were treating people, those things that happened in there were horrible.
But what we did when we closed them down is literally released people back to the streets and to America.
