Madam Chair, members of the board, we went with the HOA last week prior to this meeting, and we had a really good discussion with them.

We had about 15 people on the call.

It's a Zoom call.

And what I wanted to make clear to them during the meeting was that there is North Carter's Grove and then there's Carter's Grove, which is across the street from us.

There was some confusion at the outset about who we were, who the owners were, who the developers were for North Carter's Grove.

So I had to start the presentation with sort of explaining the background, which is that North Carter's Grove has its own ownership.

They're a small business.

They own five acres, and they're developing the property.

The property's initially a daycare facility, which has now been closed.

But North Carter's Grove has nothing at all to do with Carter's Grove.
