The HOAs are different.

The developers will be different.

The land is obviously not adjacent across the street, across Spriggs Road, so there's no connection between the two.

But what I wanted to let them know was that we understand what they're dealing with, and we want to make sure we're doing our part to make sure we're dealing with the water on our site.

Because that's the right thing to do, number one, but also because the law requires us to do that.

So I let them know that we put into our proffers that we're going to comply with the DCSM regarding stormwater management to make sure our water is taken care of.

And we also said that we would continue to work with Virginia Water

to do whatever we can do because we want good water as well.

Uh, so we want to make sure they have what they need.

We have what we need.

So I think in terms of working together regarding the water issues, we'll continue to do what we can.

But um, I think we had a really good discussion with them and um, and I'm looking forward to having Virginia water get involved in Prince William water, get involved to resolve their issues, which by the way have been going on since 2001.

So this is preexisting.

Um, so we don't want to add to their issues.

We certainly want to do what we can to be responsible on our side.

So we, as you may recall, there was one directive issued during our last meeting, and that was to prepare a resolution for the board's consideration that would dissolve the Racial and Social Justice Commission as a separate advisory body to the board and establish a new temporary racial and social justice task force under the Human Rights Commission.

This directive was assigned to the Human Rights Office and Office of Executive Management.

There were no directives closed since our last meeting.

The clerk's office has received the information from our BCC liaisons and is currently in the process of reviewing that data.

We anticipate providing the board a response to that directive before your next meeting.
