In terms of memos, last week I forwarded you the letter we received from the State Corporation Commission acknowledging the letter I sent regarding the Dominion Energy Transmission Line project in the county.

As you will recall, the board directed me to send a letter to SEC and Dominion Energy regarding the Noakesville to Bristow Transmission Line project, and that was sent on December 22nd.

Thank you for that last explanation because that's literally what I ran on one of these data centers trying to figure out how we can help the residents and lower some taxes.

But I knew that the residential piece was bigger than what I thought the computer and peripheral tax would be.

And so those two do make up that big battle of that.

So thank you for that clarification.

As far as presentations going forward, you just explained it very well because that is the difference in what we viewed from just being about data centers and how that taxes come in.

So first I want to say, love the new slab format.

There's a lot of good data here.

And so when I look at the, when you go to that, we were talking data center reserve and you said it was short a few million dollars and working on how to make that up.
