it didn't have an end state to raise like $40 million to do something with.

It's sitting there in case something goes bad in the data center.

So I'm not so sure if that's a shortfall, if we need to make that up.

I feel like whatever goes in there in a year is what goes in there in a year, because clearly something happened last year that all of that money wasn't able to go in there.

So I don't know if you, because you mentioned something about looking for guidance from this board about how we would go about making it up.

I don't know when you want that discussion, but I don't,

I don't view that account as something that we were really trying to say every year we need to dump $4 million in or something horrible is going to go wrong.

So I don't know if that's a shortfall that we need to make up.

I want to put that out there for this board to kind of see what that looks like because we clearly have other places that we can be spending this money.

So I just wanted to make that point.

And it was because of predictability of computer equipment and peripherals.

And they kept going out there and just kept raising it.

then they missed.

And so we got to the schools piece, and then we were lucky enough to have

agency savings, mostly because of the salary lapse that we budget.

Um, and so we had 12 and a half million dollars there and we made it, we made it all the way to the 317,000.

So it was very close.

Um, but, but I'm glad I didn't have to stand up here and say we missed by $5 million or $10 million or some crazy number.

And we're getting that back down now because of the commercial piece that this board has been focused on.

Commercial has grown by leaps and bounds.
