It is no small feat to be this exacting in the forecast, so just want to thank the entire team for all of the work that they do and for the presentation today.

So, Madam Chair, the next presentation, item 10B,

We're gonna have Director Shayna Terry, our Director of the Office of Procurement Services, come up and talk through the disparity study.

As you may recall, the disparity study is done really, and they've done a great job working with our vendor community and business community to really understand barriers to doing business with the county government.

So, we'll turn it over to Director Terry.

Um, so, um, it's Terry.

I just want to say, um, I remember in 2020, we had all these visions of what we want to do with our economic development, with procurement, with growing the county, and then the drastic COVID hit.

And everything shifted from bringing in business to saving businesses.

So we were spending more money on businesses than we were bringing in on new businesses.

So we put everything in visions that we had on hold, on the shelf.

And it took literally, what, three years to 2022, 2023, really, before we started trying to see traction.

And today, here you go, bringing in all the visions that we talked about or had in our head in 2021.

So thank you for that presentation.

I'm just really happy that we're at this point now and where we are in the county is really growing.

I want to say a couple of things.

First, that young man you got behind you does validate all of the expos that you ever have because he represents that very well.

I run into people all the time that says, do you know Mr. Cruz?
