The book's going to get better because I'm very much like I don't know everything and I'm going traditional.

I have an editor because I trust they're like it's it's the editors that I'm interviewing when they're going to put an offer in.

And I trust my editor.

Sarah is amazing.

And so I was excited for the letter.

So I'm scrolling through the letter and I'm like, yes, this all makes sense.

Oh my God, this is so good.

That's such a good idea.

And then she goes, food?

And it basically, she was like, so every tavern they go to, they're eating soup.

really so you didn't even remember and i can tell you why it happened now that i'm looking back on it my i was developing a dnd character a new dnd character for my husband's campaign who was a tavern owner that carries around an unending jar of soup

So I was just like, tavern, soup, they go together.

So part of my editing process for the first book was like, and what are they eating in this tavern?

Potato soup.

Perfect.

That was what they ate at the last tavern.

So let's change that to roast chicken, shall we?

So that was, yeah.

I mean, there were other things that needed to be edited.

But that one's just like, it kills me to think about.
