wow yeah now okay so you quit the next day is it yeah is it immediate relief or panic oh it was immediate relief I felt so good I was like oh okay cool like I can I can put this 40 hours a week now to like literally anything else yeah to something that you like exactly crying over exactly yeah yeah do you wish you did it earlier or are you happy with the timeline I wish I did it earlier um

but I wasn't meant to be I don't think it was meant to be like that yeah like I think I had to I think I had to hit that breaking point and like remind myself that I am the arbiter of my own future and that I can just leave a job yeah if I don't feel good about it yes so and then all of everything happened after yeah which is great having all the pieces fall into place of having a supportive partner yeah having other income like it yeah it's just yeah it's tough

yeah and not everybody like by no means am i saying like in order to get a book deal you have to quit your job no like i i wrote and i wrote and i wrote for years and years and years while i had jobs i wrote before work i wrote on lunch i wrote during the work day when i probably shouldn't have

But it panned out for me like this.
