I have a few that will stay with me forever.
I think my favourite clients are always the ones that are in it for the grind with you.
You know, we financial counsellors are, we will walk beside you.
We cannot lead you down the path.
We walk next to you.
So,
Any client that is like full cop on that journey and they're getting the documents for you and they're doing the financial statements and they're committed to the process, they generally get such a good outcome because you've got two people working so hard together.
I've just come to the end of two 14-month cases.
So that's a very long time for a case.
And for different reasons, we had to fight tooth and nail to keep both of their family homes.
So one of my clients wasn't opening his mail.
All of his utilities were outstanding, rates, water, electricity, everything.
And he came with a family member and it was a team effort to get him to trust me.
He did not believe in the process.
He
Did not trust me at all.
And that was okay.
You know, everybody was helping him on this journey.
His family was helping.
His kids were in on the fight.
