I actually was in therapy yesterday and we had the person was talking about how a happy memory doesn't put you back into that emotion.
and that feeling you don't feel the weight on your chest, but those bad memories, that PTSD memory, those traumatic memories, those can make you feel like you're right back in the middle of it.
