Now, the solution we implemented was the rider can now pay using Instapay, the real-time payment rail, via their phone.

And usually, you know, people hold their phones in their hands.

So they get out of the Jeepney now, holding their phone in their hand, they scan a QR code on the Jeepney.

There's no fiddling with coins, no cash, no change, much quicker.

We also installed something called a soundbox in the Jeepney.

And a soundbox totally does two things.

Number one, it can accept the payment from the users.

And number two, it generates a voice alert instantly confirming the transaction.

And so the writer basically scans the QR and the soundbox will announce 50 pesos received.

So it gives the driver an immediate hands-free confirmation.

They don't have to worry, did the transaction go through?

Did it fail?

Was the money actually received?
