Like, I get on social media and stuff, I get things, you know, influencers, fitness people, where it's like, oh, I could do that.
What if I add... And part of me is like, oh, no, build the habit.
But then my other part of my brain is like, you lazy fuck.
We're still like we're sticking to a mile, maybe a couple of miles.
We're sticking to doable until it's a habit.
And then because I 100 percent, if it becomes a thing where I'm like, oh, I hate this.
I'm awful at maintaining habits like that until it's like ingrained.
This might be the longest I've ever stuck with a New Year's resolution.
Best I can relate is I've been a lot better about flossing my teeth.
Flossing was like once or twice a week, but I've been flossing at least once a day.
