So I think those layers of leadership, of storytelling, of making sure that the numbers are correct will still be deeply human.
So much.
I think AI will be like Excel, like how much we use Excel in what we do currently.
It's something that AI is going to be, it's just like a web browser, a way to search, like how I search for a restaurant instead of going to Google, maybe going to chat GPT and asking the questions.
So it becomes something that you have to learn to be successful in the workforce period.
Because you're coming out of college, and that was something that crippled me at first, because you're coming out of college, university, you may not realize how much you're going to use Excel.
And those first few months you're trying to figure out how do I do this?
What is this spreadsheet?
I still feel like, yeah, pivot tables and then it's power pivot and X look up and all that stuff.
I think it's going to be the same.
Like there is a level of understanding that, you know, everyone will need to have.
Unfortunately, our university system is different.
have always lagged behind what was needed in the workforce.
So in finance and accounting, it's a lot of theory.
And then you get in the world and you're like, whoa, I didn't see that coming.
So I think that there is still a lag.
There will still be a lag five years from now on how people are prepared for AI when they come out of school.
I think there will always be that gap.
I don't think that gap will go away anytime soon.
Number one, honesty.
