They're not paying the bills.

But how are you able to detach yourself from what you have?
How are you able to detach who you are from what you have?
So I've learned that people have different... It's easy to get lost.
It's easy to get lost into... It's so easy to get lost if you don't have a strong, if I can say a strong core, like a strong, like, what am I non-negotiable?
And you don't take those breaks to really think back.
Because I remember...
When I had my baby, I had postpartum depression.
So I wasn't definitely not going to be the one posting a newborn baby because I was going through whatever was in my head.
So, you know, different things happen.
So I can't say, you know, yes, right.
But I know that people, it's
easy to get lost.
So what I've been doing myself is doing self-retreat where just me and silence somewhere else and paper.
I try to stay away from devices.
