For me was the, the main one was, so I was working, I was controller and I was trying to be a CFO.

That was the first time I was controller.

The next step to that is CFO and my CFO at the time left.

And so I was interim CFO for like three months and I thought I'll be next.

And I wasn't.

I was like, man, I'm putting all these hours, all this hard work, and it doesn't happen.

So my favorite friend was the director of supply chain.

And he also was working long hours.

And I was like, man, you know, it doesn't feel like it's going anywhere.

What am I doing wrong?

What's wrong with me?

I know I have what it takes.

I mean, I held this company, you know, we had a clean audit, all that.

And unfortunately, a couple months later, he passed away.

And it just did something inside of me.

It was like a reset.

To really understand that, like, there is more to life than work.

Because up until that point, I had been achievement, achievement, achievement, achievement.

Like, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.

Like, I was, like, always on the go.
