And the two have to be aligned.

The choices I made for my husband, like who I wanted to be, my husband, the number of kids I wanted, all those things, it was not around work-life balance.
It was around work-life harmony.
Like the things I need at work and at life to make me fulfilled.
Because there is no point of saying that I'm married and have a great job if I come home to a jerk at home who beat me up.
Like, there is no harmony there.
I don't care that I work 30 hours and then I have to sleep with somebody I don't like.
Like, it's that whole idea of balance I think robs us a lot.
But it's also one of those things that put us women in the box.
And what has really worked for me is making those work-life harmony choices.
At some point, work had to be less.
At some point, life had to be higher.
It just goes like this.
But at the end, you know what you're capable of.
And just go for it.
Just go for it.
Oh, I want my legacy to be a testimony to God's faithfulness.
