This is like one of the most common mistakes that I get in questions on forums or via text.
They're like, what headphone will complement this other one?
And they spell it with an I. And I think to myself every time, every headphone will complement another one if you tell it to say nice things about it.

Right, and I like how you explained that or how you stipulated that this is not a beginner question at that point because to have those goals requires some listening experience and some self-reflection to determine like, well, what are your goals and why are they your goals?

A $5,000 DAC is going to be better than a $500 DAC.
